Terms & rules

Working version. To be validated by counsel before public launch.

1. What Grand Theft Assets is

Grand Theft Assets (GTA) is a web application running an hourly competition inside a browser port of a video game. During each hour, players accumulate in-game kills; when the hour closes, the player with the most kills receives that hour's prize.

Grand Theft Assets is a community project. Game names and logos belong to their respective owners.

2. The game client

The in-browser game is a community WebAssembly port of the reVC engine hosted separately from this application. No local installation or original game file is requested by the application. You remain responsible for complying with the rules applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

To take part, a wallet must be connected on Robinhood Chain and signed in. Where a minimum $GTA holding is published in the app, it must be held at the time the session starts.

The operator may exclude or suspend any wallet at its discretion, in particular in case of abuse.

4. Hours, kills and winner

Hours run from minute 0 to minute 59 UTC. The app reads the game's in-memory kill counter and adds each new kill to the player's score for the current hour, shown live on the leaderboard.

When the hour closes, the player with the most kills (at least one) wins. Ties are broken by whoever reached that score first. If nobody scored a kill, there is no winner and the pot rolls into the next hour.

5. Prizes

The hourly prize corresponds to the creator fees generated by $GTA trading on Pons during that hour, received in tokenized Take-Two (TTWO) on the creator wallet, plus any rollover. Its live amount is displayed before the hour closes and depends on trading activity; it is not guaranteed and varies from hour to hour.

Prizes are transferred to the winning wallet manually by the operator, and each payout is published with its transaction hash on the Winners page. Stock tokens are not available in every jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to check whether you may receive and hold them.

6. Risk disclosure

$GTA and tokenized stocks are volatile digital assets. Nothing in this application constitutes financial, investment or legal advice. Participate only with funds you can afford to lose, and check the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
